Availability of tours, programmes, or personal accompaniment depends on scheduling, permissions, and local conditions. Any fees, dates, or itineraries are agreed separately; descriptions on the Site are not a binding offer until confirmed between you and us (or an authorised representative).

The Site may link to independent services (for example WhatsApp, Instagram, or partner organisations such as Qurbani providers). Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. When you leave our Site, you do so at your own risk.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms or the Site shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, if any, or (b) one hundred pounds sterling (£100), except where the law does not allow such a cap (for example death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable law prohibits exclusion).

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Imam Zakarya Gangat and anyone assisting in operating the Site from claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the Site, except to the extent caused by our own wilful misconduct.
